On Wendy Davis

"Free Public Schools"/ ChapmanShredsTomPauken.blogspot.com

The problem with Tom Pauken (ChapmanShredsTomPauken.blogspot.com), Gregg Abbott (ChapmanShredsGreggAbbott.blogspot.com), Wendy Davis (ChapmanShredsWendyDavis.blogspot.com) and Kathie Glass (ChapmanShredsKathieGlass.blogspot.com) on the public school front is that they think Marxism can be tamed, like a warm fuzzy rabbit that accidentally bit 100,000,000 people to death in the 20th Century, under Stalin, Lenin, Pol Pot, Mao Se Tung, Mussolini, Hitler and such.  So they want to experiment with the 10th plank of "The Communist Manifesto," for example, believing that the Marxist rabbit no longer has rabies.  None of these candidates being trained in economic thought, they think that they can just hope away the next cycle of Marxism (rabies), that public schools will somehow not become forced collectivist government indoctrination day camps for children.

The old truth is that you can't get kind-of-pregnant, and you can't be kind-of-Marxist.  You are either working toward enslaving humanity to government violence, or you're abandoning enslavement altogether.

This is the reason a 10 term U. S. Congressman/ 3 time U. S. Presidential candiate (Dr. Ron Paul) is spending his sunset years pushing his Ron Paul Educational Curriculum.  It's because he knows the rabbit of so-called, "Free Public Schools" is rabid and will incubate subservience to Marxism in the minds of our children until it kills again in the millions or even billions this next time.

"Strong Economy": Classism and Backward Economics

"In the Senate, she authored a bill to put “Texas Jobs First” and passed legislation requiring the Department of Transportation to use local contractors for Texas road projects and requiring the state government, when possible, to give Texas companies the first opportunity at contracts.
Wendy is running for Governor to protect our working Texas families, increase investment in public schools, and fix our infrastructure to create jobs and strengthen neighborhoods all across Texas"  (Wendy Davis' Texas Gubernatorial Website under Issues/ "Strong Economy."

As I look at these two paragraphs on the Wendy Davis Texas Gubernatorial website, I see three problems jumping out at me:

1)  There is the presumption that "local contractors" will create a superior outcome in the Texas economy.  Is Wendy Davis an economist who has explored this issue?  No, she's a lawyer, who wants to pick winners and losers for political gain.  The fact is that the free market has long proven to provide superior economic outcomes to any polit bureau central planning styled attempts to pick winners and losers.

The Berlin Wall came down, for example, in great part because an Economics Professor from the University of Chicago by the name of George Shultz, in President Ronald Reagan's Administration, went to the Soviet Union and explained that central planning (government picking winners and losers) would lead to sever distress in Russia in the coming years.  And he put the numbers behind it.  This resulted in Perestroika (a new openness to counter the economic stagnation of Russia) and the ultimate destruction of the Marxist based system in Russia that American Democrats seek so ignorantly to impose in America.

2)  I see Wendy Davis in support of "public schools," 10th plank of "The Communist Manifesto."  If you read anything I write about Kathie Glass (ChapmanShredsKathieGlass.blogspot.com/), then you know that the planks of Karl Marx do not lead to freedom or better economic outcomes.  In-fact, you are sending your children to Marxist indoctrination day-camps for children (a. k. a. public schools).

3)  There is a Marxist classism in Wendy's use of "working Texas families."  I see this use in other places on her website, as well.  Gandhians, like myself, would never seek to put one group at odds with another over what they possess.  As the elected Governor of Texas, my interest is in getting out of the way and letting Milton Friedman's Hong Kong loose throughout Texas.  The result is a raging economic engine that a Democrat (Wendy Davis) could not begin to contemplate.  Jesus Christ, Leo Tolstoy, Mahatma Gandhi, The Dalai Lama all call it:  "The Kingdom."
